Our story

We started ExCustomerService after seeing friends and family bounce between chatbots and automated menus for the simplest questions. A quick, honest conversation almost always resolved it — but too often, that conversation was hard to find.

So we set up an independent phone line staffed by patient people, trained to explain things without jargon and to point you in the right direction when the answer isn't ours to give.

We aren't tied to any brand or provider. That means the only thing we're selling is our time and attention — which we give freely on every call.
